Scheduling and Appointment Confirmation
All appointments for service, maintenance, installation, or replacement must be confirmed by A&G Heating & Cooling. Appointments are not considered scheduled until you receive confirmation from our team by phone, email, or text message.

Payment Policies
Checks are not accepted as a form of payment. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credit card payments are accepted; however, in locations with limited or no cell phone coverage, an alternative payment method such as cash or a pre-arranged electronic payment must be provided at the time of service completion. Failure to provide payment at the time of service may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

Cancellation Policy
Customers are required to provide advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future service.

Warranty and Maintenance Requirements
To maintain the warranty on HVAC equipment installed by A&G Heating & Cooling, customers must schedule and complete regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer and our company. Failure to properly maintain equipment may void the warranty and may result in refusal of service due to poor maintenance that could lead to failed components. This maintenance requirement is part of the contract for any installation or replacement of HVAC equipment.

Service Calls and Emergency Rates
The standard service call fee during normal business hours applies to all diagnostic visits. This fee covers the technician’s visit and diagnosis only; parts and refrigerant are not included and will be quoted separately. Weekend, after-hours, and certain holidays are considered emergency service periods and are subject to higher rates. Please inquire for current emergency rates.

General Terms
By scheduling service, maintenance, or installation with A&G Heating & Cooling, customers agree to these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be provided upon request or at the time of scheduling.
